It was a bright and sunny Sunday at Sage Organics, and our hostess, Liz Bergman, led us on a tour which included chickens, pigs, a field of garlic (outdoors, planted last fall), and rows of fresh greens (in hoop houses). Then we gratefully came into the warm house and enjoyed a potluck dinner featuring many local ingredients.
