There was no shortage of ripe seasonal fruits at at the Toledo Farmers Market Saturday morning, and with a few herbs, some honey, and a blender, SFMV members Amelia Contreras, Tahree Lane, and Eric Britton created a series of refreshing drinks for those who stopped by to taste and to hear a little bit about Slow Food. Thanks to Amelia, who co-ordinates the project, our monthly market days have introduced Slow Food to dozens of market shoppers this year.
